Payment Methods & Checkout Guide

1. Pay by Bank (Ozow Instant EFT)

Pay directly from your bank account using your existing online banking credentials.

• Instant Confirmation: Funds clear immediately, allowing us to process your order right away without waiting 1–3 business days for traditional transfers.
• No Manual Capturing: Order details, totals, and reference numbers are pre-filled automatically.
• Zero POP Required: No need to download or email proof of payment documents.
• Bank-Level Security: Protected by multi-factor authentication directly with your bank. Your login credentials are never stored.

Step-by-Step Ozow Checkout:

1. Select Payment Method: At checkout, choose Pay by Bank (Ozow Instant EFT) and click Place Order.
2. Select Your Bank: Choose your bank from the list (Absa, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Discovery Bank, Tymebank, African Bank, etc.).
3. Log In Securely: Enter your internet banking username/account number and password.
4. Select Account: Choose the linked bank account (Cheque, Savings, or Credit) you wish to pay from.
5. Authorize Payment: Approve the 2-Factor Authentication prompt (In-App notification or OTP sent to your mobile phone).

2. Card Payments (Mastercard & Visa)

We accept all local and international Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards.

• Encrypted Security: Processed through secure PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways.
• 3D Secure Protection: Enhanced fraud protection via Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check (One-Time PIN or banking app approval).

Step-by-Step Card Checkout:

1. Select Payment Method: Select Credit / Debit Card (Mastercard & Visa) at checkout and click Place Order.
2. Enter Card Details:
   • 16-Digit Card Number
   • Expiry Date (MM/YY)
   • 3-Digit CVV/CVC Code (found on the back of your card)
   • Cardholder Name
3. Authenticate (3D Secure): You will be redirected to your bank’s secure verification screen. Approve the transaction via your banking app notification or enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile phone.
4. Complete Order: Once verified, you will be redirected back to our site.

After Payment Confirmation

Once your transaction is authorized (via Ozow or Card):

• Immediate Order Status: Your order status updates automatically to Processing.
• Email Confirmation: An automated email receipt containing your tax invoice and itemized order breakdown will be sent to your inbox.
• Dispatch Notification: As soon as your order is packaged and collected by our courier, you will receive a secondary email containing your parcel tracking number and courier tracking link.
